Family Violence Prevention Fund (FVPF)

FVPF helps women, children and communities that are devastated by domestic abuse, through cooperation with lawmakers, judges and law enforcement officials.

Workplace Bullying Institute (WBI)

The WBI is the sole North American nonprofit organization dedicated to the eradication of Workplace Bullying through education and research. An affiliated organization is the WBI-Legislative Campaign, created in 2007 to separate the lobbying work to generate state laws from the public charity work of its parent, WBI.

World Health Organization Violence Prevention Alliance

The Violence Prevention Alliance (VPA) is a network of WHO Member State governments, nongovernmental and community-based organizations, and private, international and intergovernmental agencies working to prevent violence. VPA participants share a public health approach that targets the root causes and risk factors underlying the likelihood of an individual becoming involved in violence and recognizes the need for improved services to mitigate the harmful effects of violence when it does occur.

 

Mentors in Violence and Jackson Katz

The Mentors in Violence Prevention (MVP) Model is a gender violence, bullying, and school violence prevention approach that encourages young men and women from all socioeconomic, racial and ethnic backgrounds to take on leadership roles in their schools and communities.

The MVP Model originated in 1993 with the creation of the Mentors in Violence Prevention Program at Northeastern University's Center for the Study of Sport in Society.

Minnesota Center Against Violence and Abuse

The mission of the Minnesota Center Against Violence and Abuse (MINCAVA) is to support research, education, and access to violence related resources.

Warm2kids

The WARM2Kids Charitable Foundation's goal is to become the 21st century's leader in providing financial, educational, and emotional support for today's youth. The foundation supports youth education, development and mentoring programs nationwide; and awards, scholarships and grants designed to inspire role model behavior.
