National Domesctic Violence Hotline
The National Domestic Violence Hotline is available to them toll-free, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. With a database of more than 4,000 shelters and service providers across the United States, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Hotline provides callers with information they might otherwise have found difficult or impossible to obtain.

Family Violence Prevention Fund
For more than two decades, the Family Violence Prevention Fund (FVPF) has worked to end violence against women and children around the world and was instrumental in developing the landmark Violence Against Women Act passed by Congress in 1994.

World Health Organization Violence Prevention Alliance
The Violence Prevention Alliance (VPA) is a network of WHO Member State governments, nongovernmental and community-based organizations, and private, international and intergovernmental agencies working to prevent violence. VPA participants share a public health approach that targets the root causes and risk factors underlying the likelihood of an individual becoming involved in violence and recognizes the need for improved services to mitigate the harmful effects of violence when it does occur.

United States Department of Justice Office on Domestic Violence
The Office on Violence Against Women was created in 1995 to implement the 1994 Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and to lead the national effort to stop domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking of women.

National Coalitiona Against Domestic Violence
